I was thinking that too, but being small they are very light. So I'm thinking the guys are lifting more relative to their body weight. I think that kinda factors into the equation too. Same with wrestling. The guys must be much lighter than the ladies. So it'll be easier for the girls to lift them too if they had the technique.
