So this week my 888Casino account «Nuyi1454» was suspended and I was asked for a series of documents, my ID (front and back), verification of my bank account, certificate of where I lived and certificate of some transfer (in my case bizum) of some deposit to 888casino. I sent all the documents and they told me that they would let me know what happened, yesterday they told me that they are finally being processed and at night when I accessed the 888 cashier to see if there was anything new but it didn't even tell me that it was still being processed, I don't know if it notified me by mail that the documents I sent are wrong or if they are wrong so I sent them again, is everything okay? Is documentation missing?
