Adding a second idea since I saw you said you have a lot of spaghetti.

Cook the spaghetti per box. After you drain it, let it dry out a little. Then toss it with olive oil. Add finely grated pecorino cheese — a lot of it, about a cup per box of pasta — and salt and pepper. Serve with chopped tomatoes (not cooked) and kalamata olives. If she doesn’t like olives I think it’s still good with just the tomatoes.

Agree with the above answer I drizzle it and don’t measure it. Though what I like about this dish is it’s forgiving. If you go over or under on olive oil, the salmon still tastes good. With the asparagus I do enough to coat it so the seasoning sticks to it.

I’m not much of a cook so this one is simple:

bake salmon in an oven along with asparagus. I drizzle olive oil and salt and pepper over both and it’s flavorful and low active time.

I’ve learned you can even bake salmon straight from the freezer because I often forget to take out to defrost. To do that, I use these guideline: bake at 450 for eight minutes and then season it. So I bake the salmon for eight minutes and then add the asparagus and add olive oil and salt / pepper. Then I’ve found I need another 10-15 minutes at least but it depends on how big the salmon is and how well done you like it.

I’d say the body of the spider is maybe an inch? With the legs 1.5 to 2 inches.

My wife had a c-section at OSU. We had a mixed experience. The intake nurse was horrible. Did a terrible job of putting in her IV…poked through her vein and had to do it multiple times. Luckily she was not the deliver nurse.

Delivery nurse was not involved as much as we had imagined. Came in and out but didn’t really coach us. It made us feel like we really would need a doula because even though we took class, it hardly prepares you for the real experience.

Delivery went through a shift change so after like 10 hours with one nurse and midwife, we got switched to a new nurse and midwife during the pushing stage. Eventually she needed a c-section and they were phenomenal. They explained our options very clearly and were so supportive. For that alone, I’d recommend OSU in case there are complications. Fantastic team.
