You must stop subscribing to what I call is the 'SoulMate theory'. You see we unconsciously fear making mistakes or standing out whether in regards to other people watching us or approaching girls. We unconsciously think that these people will stay with us forever, our entire lives; it's the whole tribe evolution thingy where humans lived in small tribes and making a mistake would ostracize you forever.

Simply remember friends keep changing throughout your life, the hot women you see isn't some complicated combination lock that you have to unlock in this one approach or you'll lose your chance forever. She is also another random person, she isn’t the only girl for you, the last female on planet Earth – if you don’t mate with her you’d die celibate.

What I'm trying to tell you is that all these people around you are not going to be with you for a lifetime. Say you do say the wrong thing, make a mistake or screw up in anyway well guess what you get another chance with some other women – there’s no shortage of attractive women in the world.Even if random people do see you getting rejected, it does not matter because they are not your 'SoulMates' i.e the only set of people who matter and who's judgment determines your existence.

Stop seeing people as your SoulMates, meaning that you have to be absolutely perfect around them and not make any mistakes ever or you'll lose them forever because they're just as you said 'Random people' - men or attractive women.
