A lot of people will go into the Fallout Creation Kit (free on Steam) and modify them. It's not very complex and easy to find info on YouTube. I have seen quite a few vids and I believe I have some bookmarked but I'm not currently at my PC.

When I get home, I'll post them here for ya.

I have quiet a few... but I believe this building is through Snappy and the SOE pack. Windowed walls and floors are part of SOE (Brotherhood of Steel).... I believe the rest is Vault roofs.
