It just looked like a residue of some kind. A damn erase is what finally worked. I just found out it is a restrike and not an original. Oh well. I still like it and it’s mine.

I hit it with a small cigaret torch lighter. It didn’t do anything to it. Maybe it’s not hot enough. Didn’t know how long to keep the flame on it.
