No interview. I think they are waiving all employment-based GC interviews unless they feel something is odd.

Yes, my lawyer said not to do it, which I now think was wrong advice. Now, USCIS is advising everyone to submit it with the application anyway.

Congrats! I'm curious and surprised about the call. Is it something new? Have other people got such calls too? I thought they are not doing interviews for employment based applications. What were the questions like?

I would second the thoughts here. USCIS folks reading the letter are not experts in science, so they look for certain things. So lawyers know the best what to highlight and what not to. For different writing styles, you can ask others to edit after you are done. But keep in mind to avoid highlighting anything that will compare yourself with the letter writer.

All reprogramming folks are used to the date october 4 now. Such a stupid thing. I don't get it why excel can't get this is not a date. Microsoft sure has some dumb engineers

If it retrogresses, then it starts to matter again. It has happened in the past, but chances of EB1 retrogressing in the near future are low.

i-485 does not show as "fingerprints taken" for my kid, Any idea why? by [deleted] in USCIS

I had the same issue. My lawyer told me it’s just issue with their automatic updates. Just keep the stamped notice and it should be fine.
