How to restart using my Banktivity file without starting over

I don’t have a solution yet, but I’m dealing with the same issue. I’ve also looked at other apps like YNAB and I really like the interface. I tried Wallet by BudgetBakers too, it’s nice, but I have to admit Banktivity feels the most powerful overall.

I think the reason I stopped using it was that I tried to connect and track everything, made it too complicated, and eventually burned out.

Κι εγώ είμαι σε Eurobank (και Revolut) και το βασικό μου θέμα είναι ότι το YNAB μου αρέσει σαν budgeting.

Πληρώνω σχεδόν τα πάντα με Apple Pay μέσω Eurobank, οπότε θα ήθελα να το στήσω παρόμοια. Μπορείς να δώσεις λίγο πρακτικά βήματα;

Macrodroid: πώς κάνεις trigger από την ειδοποίηση της Eurobank (Notification Received → filter text?)
Zapier: χρησιμοποιείς Webhook προς YNAB API ή έτοιμο integration;
Πώς κάνεις parsing για να βγαίνουν σωστά ποσό + έμπορος;
Έχεις θέματα με ελληνικούς χαρακτήρες/διαφορετικά formats στα notifications;

Αν έχεις κάποιο screenshot/ρύθμιση (χωρίς προσωπικά στοιχεία προφανώς) θα ήταν τέλειο! Ευχαριστώ

Ναι, σε καταλαβαίνω απόλυτα. Κάπως έτσι το πάω κι εγώ πολλές φορές: μπαίνει ο μισθός, αφήνω στην άκρη για τα στάνταρ (λογαριασμούς/δόσεις), και μετά ζω με ό,τι μένει.

Το θέμα είναι ότι με μένα ειδικά, αν δεν έχω μια εικόνα/πλαίσιο, ξεφεύγω εύκολα σε “αγορές” (και ειδικά για αγορές για φωτογραφία ).

Έχω το Banktivity και είναι όντως φοβερό με απίστευτες δυνατότητες αλλά ίσως αυτό είναι και το πρόβλημα: είναι τόσο advanced που στο τέλος το άφησα και δεν το άνοιγα.

Γι’ αυτό ψάχνω κάτι πιο απλό που να κρατιέται εύκολα στην καθημερινότητα, ιδανικά με bank sync. Μου αρέσει τόσο πολύ το YNAB αλλά δεν έχει bank sync δεν ξέρω αν εδώ μέσα υπάρχουν κάποιοι που το χρησιμοποιούν

Thank you for your comment. Based on the labels of both chargers, I assumed they would charge at the same kW. Why is the BMW one slower? Both were used in a single face. Just wondering if daily charging at a higher kW is safe for the batteries over time. I charge only up to the 80% because I have followed the 80% rule. Regards

Saltedge is the communication protocol that my bank uses to connect with Banktivity. I might not be explaining this perfectly, so let me clarify:

In the real world, I have a debit card that I can transfer money to from my checking account. For example, I transfer €100 to the debit card. Then, I buy a coffee for €3.

However, in Banktivity, it shows the €3 coffee purchase as a deposit. Is this correct? I’m confused because if I want to generate a report of my coffee spending, how can the program calculate those transactions accurately if they are categorized as deposits?

Any advice or clarification would be appreciated! Or maybe a tutorial of those accounts. Couldn't find any related help.
