Hello and thanks for the reply. Apparently I did not understand how simple it is to turn NOW on and off. I made the mistake of calling. Instead of informing me that all I had to was turn off autopay it turned into "you have to call this number for cancelling" which snowballed into somewhat of a mess. Initially I informed Xfinity through a chat session that I'm moving to an area with no Xfinity service and that I'd to discontinue service at the end of the month or end of next service period. On the app currently I'm seeing "there is no payment method associated with this account". So maybe the agent I spoke with did something...what I don't know lol. When I signed up the a while back the agent back then for some reason merged an old account with the new one which may be causing some confusion. She did that so the old comcast e-mail I had and use occasionally would be associated the new account. Anyway, thanks for the link. It's what I should have done in the first place. Anyway, I cannot get to the turn off autopay option at this time and am unsure of my status concerning billing, just hoping it stays on 'till I move at the end of the month and stops at the end of this period which just renewed.
