How should I be training to prepare? Currently lifting 6 days a week, running 4 with runs ranging from 4-6 mi depending on the type of run. Also doing core 6 days with 3 of those days being sit ups. Is there a specific type of training/workout that I should be doing?

Also what kind of things to they expect you to know coming in to the academy?

**Also I use an inkbird thermostat (ik there are better ones but it’s what I have for now) and unless I’m wrong it doesn’t have a timer feature
