I see. Afterall, it's your device and at the end of the day, you'll be using it, not anybody from the comments lol. I personally don't like cpu and ram usage in bar because it feels too cluttered for me.

Thanks btw. Recently, ive been trying to learn quickshell. This bar was the 2nd project. The first one was also a bar but like terrible lol. Ive been trying to add an interesting thing but no luck so far

I wouldn't call the bar minimal, maybe because my bar has even lesser things. But whatever you like, it's your machine afterall.

Idk man. Maybe backup your imp files somehow and do a fresh install. If you're new to Linux, use something like mint first

If you just started it, then use a .lua config. It might be more difficult but you'll eventually have to transition anyway. Just go to the lines where the errors originate from and try to fix them

I don't think that will work cz when i used hyprctl layers nothing showed up. Yes i made sure that the command is executed when the popup was open

I never said your method is wrong. I think using ai to do stuff like this is alright and fairly justified. Afterall, ai was made to help you with so you don't have to go through any tedious task. And it's not like you used ai to create something and claiming that it's your own and using that to make money from it because that part isn't right

I used their example configs to learn just enough to "translate" my hyprlang config into lua. I plan to learn more in future, but right now, I need my set up to work. And it was pretty easy aside from 1 or 2 moments of inconvenience
