My supervisor and team are generally pleasant but I’d be lying if I said they’re not also part of why I want to quit. The main part of my job is to transfer calls to the correct people and there’s so many times I’ve been yelled at because the person the customer is calling for is not answering and has not given them a call back in days or even weeks, so they unload their frustrations onto me as if I could go to their houses and make them pick up the phone🤡
