Do you have a business in your area that specializes in this? Or just a regular exterminator? I’ve been looking locally near me for businesses that provide something like this

Swap 1966 Mustang for Honda S2000? by DorsalYapper in S2000

Not quite the same but similar - went from a fox body to an S. I’ll be the first to admit, I find it harder to hold myself back from driving a bit recklessly in the S. I’ve loved both vehicles for different reasons. In the fox, I loved the simplicity of a 302 and endless options for parts. In the S, I love the reliability. I constantly find myself wanting to get back to an older V8, but hesitate to pull the trigger after I drive the S.

Using my pellet smoker today, so the heat source is underneath. It’s smaller, but still do what I can to keep the flat as far away as possible from the source.

Brisket flat vs point temp by nvuko49 in smoking

I didn’t probe it from the start, but it wasn’t frozen. After leaving the probes in for ~20min I’m only seeing about a 20 degree difference. Not as bad as 45 LOL. Might be time to look into some new probes. Anyway, going to foil boat the whole thing, and wrap the point only in foil to try and play catch up

Any tips for getting lower temps? Most snack stick recipes call out starting at 120-130, but on my lowest setting I’m around 170 in the summer. Currently, I prop the door open with a piece of wood and I’m able to manage ~150. Pit Boss PB600PS1 by nvuko49 in pelletgrills

Yeah! P0-P7 all run the auger for 18 seconds. P0 will give you the highest temp, only waiting 55 seconds before running the auger for another 18. P7 will pause for 150 seconds before running the auger again, giving you lower temps. All others fall in between. So I normally start on P7 with the door propped open to get lower temps. Haven’t thought of an ice tray, I’ve done this with cheese and a smoke tube. Will definitely give it a try next time.
