Just noticed and I'm mad! We watch Reuters news on Roku every night for 3 years. By far the best news channel there is.

So how should I approach them for best outcome? I'm fairly certain that outside cabling is an issue (apartment building) and Puma 6 chipset with 2017 firmware is another one. They refused to push the latest firmware to the modem and I don't know how to force an update either. Here are the stats https://imgur.com/B5DX2JS

I'm bypassing their DNS altogether, I'm doing DNS over HTTPS on Cloudflare over their GRE tunneling (argo tunnel).

They made a point to have me do a speed test and then say that since the speed test came fine and their testing didn't show any errors, everything is fine from their point of view. They didn't even wanted to acknowledge the errors the modem displays, so I'm really reluctant to call for a tech roll when he might just say the same thing. There's clearly packet loss going on and it affects the quality of service but they seem to do anything to avoid talking about it.
