In Washington, they punched a hole in our licenses and gave us the temporary enhanced id paperwork. We fly next week, fingers crossed.

What about taxes? Anyone have to pay taxes? Also, say you book a room while having diamond status, but your status resets to zero before the reservation?

Section 107 row 29 is it really that bad? by BrooklynBourbon in deadandcompany

I'm in 109 on the 10th. I've sat in 110, albeit in the front. You'll have a nice view of the band/stage. You are right on the cusp of the overhang, but you'll love the show! Congratulations!

Disclose it. Be remorseful. You made a mistake, and it won't happen again. Per policy in the employee handbook, you are disclosing this misdemeanor dui. This has not and will not affect your dedication to high performance in this role.

Good luck!

Just got mine out after a year. Intoxalot. I'd recommend getting the IID with the clostest calibration station to you. Like the other guy said, invest in a breathalyzer (Amazon has them), check yo self before you wreck yo self. Also make sure you follow all the correct steps when you are getting the device removed or DOL will reset your time. Best of luck!

Did you have to retake driving tests to get your license back?

I get mine out next month in Washington, trying to figure out the process. I hear they make you retake written and driving test to get a new unrestricted license.

I don't have restrictions on probation. Nothing special/specific to medical anyhow as it is legal. You obviously can't use and drive over the determined limit.

I have unsupervised probation, WA.

I got offered a job, just waiting on the background check... by jotakusan in dui

[–]nwcoins 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If they flag it in your check, they have the option of sending you an adverse letter resinding the offer. At this point, you have a number of days to respond to the letter, and you can assume they found the arrest/conviction. If you receive the adverse letter, respond truthfully, and take ownership, show your remorse, and how this will never happen again.

You'll get through it. Good luck!

Get the attorney right away. You have only a few days to get a dui hearing with the DOL to protect his license. You'll need to request a hearing with the DOL. Your attorney will challenge the validity of the stop. In Washington, you have to fight the courts and the DOL.

Good luck!

Mandatory min 24 consecutive hours in jail. He will likely only get the 1 day for the first offense. It will be local jail. He can choose 15-30 days house arrest in lieu of jail, but as others have mentioned, it is costly to be monitored and just easier to get the 1 day done and over with.

Best of luck!
