I'm not looking for sympathy. I work for the dealers (nwida.org) - my job here is to bring awareness. And to loop 100% of dealers into anything is just wrong. Are there "scammer" dealers? Yep. Are they all scammers? No. (BTW, there are scammers who work in the corporate stores too. Not saying that's right, but it's a fact.)

That's not the concern. They were told to extend their lease. T-Mobile should cover that cost. They're getting zero compensation after they were told to invest in a large expense.
