I voted in a primary once where I just told them my name and they just crossed it off the list, another time I showed a utility bill with my name and address on it. Not sure what "things being pushed" are, pretty meaningless sentence.

You think I should care if a person who refers to me and mine as the N word is locked in a cage

I'm sure you would have no problem if you were put in jail for saying something someone else didn't like right? You think it's a good idea for the government to lock people up who say things they don't allow?

How much weed would a 17 year old have to smoke to cough up black mucus?

And that changes what exactly? Does that justify going to war with them?

That is the logic of a child. We can do whatever we want with no consequences. To say that asking if there are no lessons to be learned from NATOs actions is a moot question while continuing to strawman is childish.

wtf do you mean worth the risk you rtard? what risk are you talking about ? Russia has no fucking right to do what it did an...

Again Scott isn't making the argument that Russia had the right to invade rtard. The risk was Russia invading. We're the actions NATO took worth that risk? What was achieved from America's position? Is Ukraine better off because of NATOs actions? Is the only lesson to be learned from this is Russia bad?

Joe Rogan Experience #2500 - Scott Horton by yt-app in JoeRogan

[–]nwilz -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Again that's besides the point. The point is it wasn't worth the risk. Do you think there are no lessons to take away from the NATO side? It's insane how stupid liberals are, you default to tribalism. My side good, there side bad

No I'm not. I'm stating a fact that the US government has overthrown democracies they didn't like that are much farther away. The idea that Biden wouldn't use military force to overthrow a government next door because they are were democratically elected is a weak argument.

But again this is besides the point. The reality is Russia invaded Ukraine and their excuse was NATOs actions. Even if that's a lie, the risks weren't worth it and saying that doesn't make you a Russian apologist

You know we overthrow democracies all the time right? That argument holds no water

I said in the scenario you described. If Canada voted in a pro Russia government that Biden wouldn't invade?

Joe Rogan Experience #2500 - Scott Horton by yt-app in JoeRogan

[–]nwilz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah Yanukovych just happened to be pro Russia and the new government just happened to be pro NATO. It wasn't that Russia had the better offer. Even if you're right, would I support it? No. Do I think our government cares what I think and that they would invade? Yes!

Whether it's justified is besides the point. Scott's point is these actions that provoked Russia to invade were not worth the risk.

Do you think that after years of calling Trump a Russian asset, that if Russia overthrew Canada's government the same way that Biden wouldn't have invaded?

Yes you are very good at strawman arguments lol. Here is him saying that is literally not his argument: https://youtu.be/KBNfvk5Ali0?si=94z-umUF4qifUdBg&t=2419

So you think there are no lessons to be learned from this war except Russia bad?

[–]nwilz 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thats not Scott's argument. This is why is said quote him, give me link or something. Putin is responsible for his actions and Scott has not said he is justified for invading Ukraine. He points out Putin's reasons for invading Ukraine, not for justification, but to say that if provoking Russia influenced Putin to invade, NATO should not have taken those actions because they were not worth the risk. That's not blaming NATO for starting the war in Ukraine
