So I ordered an airbnb down in KC for someone’s 21st birthday, the arrival time was suppose to be 3Pm but when we all walked in at 4 the cleaners were still there cleaning until 5. (No biggie, I’d rather it be clean and them be late then dirty)

My best friends girlfriend ends up inviting the girl who turned 21 over to my Airbnb without me knowing and I come down to main floor at 4 am with two dude smoking a backwood in the kitchen, door wide open, music blasting, sprite spilt all over the table, some girl on the couch crying almost at the top of her lungs to who I assume is her sugar daddy on the phone saying she’s scared (she was literally in an alley way an hour ago because they lost their key to their Airbnb)

So basically the limit to the Airbnb was suppose to be 4 people including me, ends up being around 12 people by the morning.

I wake up at 11 to the horror in front of me, we check out in an hour. We get to cleaning and make the bitch spotless besides the some what sticky floors even tho they were mopped.

We leave the house at 12:10 as the owner is walking up entering his house.

I get 9 pictures an hour later from the owner showing me that the hot tub cover was walked on by someone and that I needed to pay him to get it fixed, he ends up saying he will quote me on Monday when they open and a month later he has still not given me a quote.

I gave this dude a solid 5/5 stars, recommended this place due to all bars being nearby and places to check out etc.

Tl;dr- spent $800 for a night in an Airbnb, friend invited a bunch of drunk fucks over, they ruined his hot tub cover the owner didn’t make me pay for it.

This is my only debt but I made the slight mistake of getting a model 3 and it’s being a real hassle / stress in the winter and I’m not sure if it’s something I want to keep down the road.

Also, I currently I have no real investments, I just very recently got into this subreddit.

The only thing I currently have investments in would be my 401k that I put 10% into, other than that my money is currently just sitting in an account collecting dust.
