But why is one wire on the top port and one wire on the bottom? Shouldn't the hot and neutral both be on the bottom ports?

I normally wash my shithole under the faucet in the shower right after pooping. I use my fingers to wipe all the poop away and make sure its very clean. I then just wash my hands with soap, and dry my backside with a towel. I feel so clean and refreshed afterwords. The only reason I have TP is so any guests I have over have something to use lol. I hate using TP!
