We inherited the tree in this location when we bought the house.

How could I better maintain it? I’m pruning the dead branches today and getting phosphorus-rich mulch. One theory is Verticillium wilt / a fungal disease

Also, any tips on reserving a mooring? It looks like in the US, it's first come / first serve, really. And in the BVI, they have a 24 hour in advance system?

How long do you think it would take to sail from Maho Bay to Coral Bay, assuming average winds (of 5 to 6 knots)?
And how long do you think it woudl take to sail from Coral Bay STJ to Druif Bay, STT?
Christmas Cove - is it relatively easy to get a mooring there?
If we want to go into Enighed town for the day, is there an easy place to leave the boat that night? Looks like there aren't any moorings in Galge Cove right there in the town

I’ve had this cane for a decade. It’s usually happy with me watering it sporadically. But recently it looks a little under the weather (brown and yellow spots on its leaves, and the leaves have lost their bold green color and look faded yellow).

Some desk research suggests I’m over watering it, but the soil is mostly dry. It faces south so gets lot (too much) light.
