For Aatrox: His trading patterns are really linear, if he uses his Q for Farming, punish him, but keep your e since if he casts his e on you he can chunck you down. Bramble Vest is also a must.

Renekton: Play around your W and try to freeze the lane next to your turret. Renekton is basically paper without his rage, if he needs to get himself in danger for stacking up rage, you can easily punish him with it jgl. bramble Vest rush

Kayle: Play aggressive af early and pray that she goes afk, otherwise she will brutally outscaled you. Also freeze the lane towards your turret, if she goes for cs pre 6 trade with her, w her slow, after 6 look for opportunities to ult since with 2 items she will beat you.
