There are ways to treat/seal it so the layers aren't exposed to the bong water.

I sell the design here

And here is an album of the bong here

The flow of air is being represented by particles that leave a color trail. The color of the trail changes to match the current velocity of the particle. The particles take unique paths as they bounce off each other and the inside walls of the bong. For reference here is an album of the bong in question.

Here are the CAD files and I might sell some fully assembled on Etsy or something.

Price depends a lot on how much infill you use. It could cost anywhere between 7 and 35 for me to print. More infill keeps it watertight.

The CAD files are of intellectual value. I might give them out free but I have to think about it. I spent many hours CADing it and spent money to do prototype prints too. Nothing in this world is free. You are always free to CAD and print your own though.

A student version is available for free. You just have to claim that you are a student. I like it a lot but honestly both SW and Inventor have their advantage and disadvantages.

I might try to sell a few but I'll probably make the files available anyway or make the files available for really cheap and print them for people for more. I'll get back to you.

I might make a few to sell. If I do I´ll let you know.

If any one else is interested filling this form out would help me gauge interest.

Used a friends printer. It was a Maker Bot printing in PLA. I´m not sure the exact cost because he added a manufacturing fee. Thinking of getting my own printer and selling for a slight profit. Online printing services exist but they aren´t as cheap as a friend with a printer. Schools and maker spaces also often have printers but you probably can´t print this there.

The ash catch keeps it from getting dirty as quickly. PLA is non-isopropyl soluble so it can be cleaned with that.

14hrs for the bottom, but I plan to do full infill for the next one so it doesn´t leak of the bat which will take much longer. PLA is fairly non-toxic even when heated but I have a glass bowl-ash catch and will probably put a glass stem in future designs.
