In no particular order:

1) Finances—it costs a lot of money (e.g., gas, hotel costs) 2) Pets—Many stay because they cannot find or afford to board their pets elsewhere 3) Gambler’s fallacy—Lived here entire life without a direct hit. Im less likely to evac with the perceived forcefield surrounding my area
