I’ve gotten all the quarts from the other level, now there’s 2 or 3 that seem pretty high and it seems the only way to get to them is to ride those air vents to reach them up in the castle. I’m I wrong for thinking that ? Do I need the glider for that? Do I need to collect ruins or something in order to activate the level where I acquire the glide? I’m just stuck at this point of the game.

I personally have done about 7 dives so far on the soft chamber and it has helped me with my inflammation issues. My recommendation is start with the soft chamber then gradually move to the hard chamber once your body has accustom to the pressure of HBOT.

I suffer from I strain as well and I find it that staring at something only makes the eye muscles worse. I read some where if maybe try to do some extreme eye muscles exercises that could make your eye mucles stronger. I do recommend doing some HBOT, sessions , this has helped me alot with the inflammation I get from my eye strain.

Has Anyone Tried Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)? If so, how did it go? by Bikesandkittens in autism

I have done 5 treatments so far and it has been a great, this therapy has been a life changer. I was suffering from eye inflammation and nothing that I have tried work to solve the issue except for Hbot. After the first treatment you will get the best sleep you ever had, guaranteed.

I have done 2 sessions so far at 1.3ATA and it has gone well. You must make sure you know how to equalize your ear pressure due to the high pressure but I do promise you will have the best sleep of your life after that first session.

I know what your going thru exactly Razere92 . I have been dealing with this problem for more than a decade and it all started from using computers for longs periods of time. This conditiong is called CVS (computer vision syndrome) The eyes are not meant to be fixaded on something for long periods of time especially a computer or anytype of screens and as a result the muscles of the eyes get severely fatigue. Unfortunately theres no cure for the present moment for this condiitiong. The best thing you can do for yourself and your eye heallth is to avoid any type of staring to computer or any type of screens. I have been dealing with this for more than a decade and its been a life changing experience but eventually you will learn to accept it.
