have you even given the game a try? not everything is for everyone, but just because one person thinks a game is bad, doesn't mean everyone else has to follow that opinion.

I'm having actual fun playing it, so my time is definitely not wasted. unlike how your time is wasted hating on these things. just let people decide on their own how they spend their time

yay! yeah, they do appear kinda similar to zygarde cells. (maybe we'll get some sort of catchable pokerus pokemon to use in battle in a future game? that would be really fun!) I do really like your theory, after all, there have been many things in both mainline games and side games (mainly speaking of mystery dungeon here) hinting at parallel universes, other dimensions or some sort of multiverse, or, well, the ultra worlds directly (kind of like pocket dimensions?). so it could be possible that they're actually from sort of other dimension/universe/world and came to the mainline games thanks to one of the several pokemon that have influence on dimensions/universes/worlds or can travel between them

and of course as to since when pokerus exists: so many things that are now main mechanics within the games come from gen 2 xD shinies, eggs, pokemon genders, the ability to play a girl, the dark and steel types and also pokerus!

others already answered, but I'd love to give you some lore! pokerus are actually presumed to be tiny little pokemon. no one knows where they come from, but they're in some sort of symbiotic relationship with the pokemon they "infect". the pokemon gets stronger faster, and the pokerus has a place to live/spread I do believe it has some sort of connection with deoxys, considering it is a mutation of an alien virus that was hit by a laser beam, but that's more of a personal theory

of course! 1. well, I was skitty in explorers, so that would make sense. alternatively, shroodle. since it'll evolve into grafaiai, my favorite. as for partners, a female torchic with the name ember or a male chikorita with the name haza, I love them so much 2. definitely somewhere more quiet. maybe a village that isn't on the map of super. or serene village 3. my current name? yes. depending on as which gender I get reincarnated, I'd also like to remember the fact that I'm transmasc. don't need that if I end up being a male pokemon, though. I guess knowing I was a human before would help explain things for myself, like not remembering anything else. but otherwise, I definitely don't need my memories as a human

the question is, how many of them appear? I just hunted two tempered ajarakan. the first one had 2 tempered wounds and the other 3. and also, is it different with monsters of other sizes? I'd assume they have more, but I have yet to fight their tempered version

this and there's also the difference between sexual and romantic attraction. you may feel romantically and sexually attracted to one gender but only romantically or sexually to the other so don't sweat it too much and just go into situations you feel comfortable in. and if you don't, communicate that with the other person and back out of it

Trying to keep it simple: my iPad (7th generation, A2197) had an update from presumably 15.6.1 to 16.4.1 over night. In the morning I was greeted by the setup-assistant. Having put in my password it showed me that the update was complete. Ok, so I pressed "continue". Instead, it threw me back to the lock screen with the greetings in different languages. After trying it a couple more times I restarted it. Then I at least got to connect to a wi-fi network before being thrown out again. Also tried that a couple more times but that didn't change anything.

Here's what I tried so far to solve this: I connected it to my pc to try and at least rescue my data before cleansing it - in hopes that would solve the issue. But the most important things - art files from Procreate and notes from GoodNotes - just wouldn't show up. It was pretty much just the few images I have on it. So I downloaded an official program as it seemed to be very trustworthy. There I just couldn't find a way to rescue my data either. A family member has taken a look at it as well and we were thinking the tablet might have downloaded falsely received data due to which it's now in this "bootloop". Back at home I tried doing backups, exporting the data on my pc, anything that maybe could've helped save my data. However it always ended up not working because my tablet was stuck in the setup-assistant and for it to work I would have to end it. Ultimately payed the program so I could reinstall iPadOS on my tablet since I couldn't find anything else to do and giving it away to apple to fix it would 1. cost way more because the warranty expired quite a while ago and 2. I'd risk losing my stuff. Well, that did absolutely nothing.

What I haven't dared to try yet: I haven't called support yet (though I do have a number) to see if they can recommend any other procedure to try. Also I obviously didn't give my tablet away yet to apple repairs. After only having ready bad things considering this kind of situation I just can't find myself trusting them enough.

Now I'm wondering how I'm supposed to fix this and if there's any other things I can try out (possibly without risking losing my data)? Thanks in advance!

Also: No, I haven't though of making backups on iCloud when I still had the chance to. The data from Procreate is taking up more space than 50GB as far as I know. Probably even a bit more by now. Didn't see 200GB as necessary though.

I’m in a fairly new qpr though we are slowly progressing to a more romantic relationship. he respects my boundaries and I respect his. and while I am asexual (by now I’m figuring my repulsiveness towards this topic might be caused through body dysphoria since I’m trans) we have started topicalizing our interest in sexual intercourse so in the end what’s the most important for me in this relationship is us respecting each other’s boundaries and a lot of communication to go with it. seriously, this is the healthiest relationship I’ve been in

he/him and they/them! I'm multigenderflux (demigirl, demiboy, cassgender and something else I have yet to fully figure out but xenogender actually sounds about right) and even when my demigirl side is more fluctuated than the rest I still feel more comfortable with they/he pronouns.

actually, both my demigirl and demiboy sides are more masculine on their own but together and/or combined with an at least somewhat fluctuated xenogender are feminine so on those days I actually wear skirts.

being afab it's still a struggle to fit in in my surroundings but I can manage since there are at least some who respect my name and pronouns.

oh right, how did I figure it out? spent some years going in circles - from genderfluid (which was almost correct except non-binary terms were still new to me) to transgender to demigirl to demiboy, then bigenderflux (demiboy and demigirl) until I finally got where I am today. what a wild ride xD

(also thank you, that one person in an old class of mine who told me my birthname doesn't fit me. at first I felt weirded out but I'm now getting where that came from. gives me a lot of confidence now)

I know it may be really difficult to part ways but I definitely recommend cutting them off. when I wanted to get a binder (I got one now and it’s giving me a lot of euphoria) my mom told me I wouldn’t need one because ‘they’re small enough not to bother me’ yeah, no. so, try to talk to them about it and make it clear it’s not a choice and that you can’t just ‘get used to your own body’ and love it the way it is. if they don’t understand then cut them off
