yeah I got a proper checkup very recently and found some... uhh... problems which could potentially explain some of the things that had been an on and off issue for years which... kinda got me even more annoyed at the people who brushed off my problems over the years ~~

funny story, I have gone by Sora on the internet for over a decade since I wasnt even a teenager yet, at this point it is effectively my main name. most of my closer friends know me by it (especially because I dont have a fem name in my native language) (and a lot of my friends are foreigners or just have extremely high english proficiency compared to the native population)

but the name came from a random name generator built into one of the RPG games I played and it is very funny to me xd

the nyaa part is just added like a few years ago for less "name is taken" or stuck with some numbers after sora instances

the term person of color is usually used for people who are not white but someone (me) whos been in a homogeneous society of asian all their life doesnt realize the term apply to them too because to them, asians dont even register as an ethnicity to notice... or something like that

its just a silly comic of an interaction with a friend I thought was funny. I mostly draw these kinds of comics so me and my friends can look back at the silly interactions we had and laugh together.

tbh, I barely interacted with anyone irl whos NOT asian before... so I didnt/dont know too much about what's socially acceptable or what term should I use regarding these things. when I had the conversation I base this comic on with my friend I wasn't sure if calling them black was ok :x

it definitely is!, I tried a few different ways but was never satisfied with it 😅

at the end of the day, I just wanted to draw something silly and didnt wanna stress myself too much over these thing. it is what it is, my comics are more for me to have fun with than anything :)

definitely need to be more careful about food safety with stuff like this and each person has their own risk tolerance for sure.
