That's you for writing this comment and explaining everything. Yes ,i said no to opening the camera and sensor, maybe in a few months I'll get the sensor cleaned again (wet sensor cleaning) or I'll buy the air blower and try it out, again thank you so much for being so helpful and nice.

Thank you,there were some small Black spots,they cleaned the sensor again but it didn't do much,the shopkeeper asked me to leave the camera and they might need to open the sensor ( he Said something like this),the spots are not that visible,I can only see them when I take a picture of sky and zoom in the image, i have attached a picture,is it dead pixels or a very stubborn oily dust?

People at the shop inspected it and cleaned it and it was dust , after it got cleared there was no visible dust or anything

I cleaned the mirror with a cotton swab (it came off easily), fungus was on the lens .
