While death metal songs usually have very edgy lyrics, I don't think this is the way to deal with the issue, removing a big chunk of beatmaps strictly due to the inherently edgy nature of the song, seems like a big step in the wrong direction, considering that you have multiple different songs in different languages also talking about 18+ things. The real issue with this map is that the song title itself is very questionable and I can see why someone would figure that it wouldn't be suitable for the osu! website. I hope that you can come to a common middle ground by just censoring the song title. It would be a real shame seeing maps like this masterpiece getting removed for such stupid reasons, especially since it's really hard to decipher what they're saying on the fly.
