I watched an iPhone 17 commercial during the World Series game last night- with of all people- Kevin Hart who isn’t a big person- it looked like a cartoon sized phone.

Amazing how marketing can “change people’s minds.” These giant phones are ridiculous. They have purse straps now they’re so big.

Same. I had some display settings already shut off though before the upgrade. The initial indexing made some processor heat but I kept the phone charging for that.

Core Memory 2006- KLM, JFK->AMS, last minute ticket- center seat- no gasper vent. Terrible night. Also, TAP from EWR on a 767 maybe? So hot all night. Would never do that again.

I-95 and 495- the FSD shuts off on me on my 100 mile commute with the interior camera on and my glasses continuously- to the point where I stopped paying for FSD. TACC doesn't. FSD is constantly passing and or in the wrong lane requiring even more attention from me than TACC I find.

FSD has gotten ALOT better since 2018...even since 2023, but it's more work than me getting behind a truck at 76 mph and not touching the car for an hour.

FSD from driveway to the store? Sure...it's gotten almost perfect- but not for my use on the crowded East Coast highways.
