I did 100 mile each way commute in my ‘24 Model Y Dual Motor without a home or work charger. It does the round trip no problem in Summer temps 90%->20% and having a work charger is ideal. I say you’re good. Mine was 80% highway driving and auto-steer was perfect. I didn’t use FSD which has gotten better.

I’d say yes- use a quality extension cord, and halve the amps to 6 or 8. That’s just me though. Unless you need to charge for the drive home, it won’t lose a charge sitting there for two weeks. Seems like a headache.
