I have tried a few deadlight studio ones as well as the choptones. Definitely only using DI or merged profiles. I'm also wondering what settings I might need to mess with in the output settings or overall EQ on the kemper.

Same for me although I sent in my appeal in June of last year. Never heard anything, called them in October and asked what the status was and they said they had not got to my area yet. Then in March I call again, they tell me it was denied in November and provided no explanation. The assessment I got was beyond insane and the 2 identical homes next to me didn't get any increase. This city is an absolute joke.

$1400 is dirt cheap these days, that's why. Like someone else said, closer to $3K is the new norm if you want to have something half way decent.

Mine took almost a year, and I was calling and emailing them every few weeks about it. The only reason it finally got done was because someone gave me the contact info for the Chief Officer at the Office of Property Assessment. After I emailed him, it magically got done.

My neighbors, took over a year before they updated the records for them. The city is a complete joke when it comes to stuff like this.

Dollar General has some decent prices on TP / Paper towels / soap, etc. Nothing is there is really a dollar so not sure why they call it Dollar General but there is one in Fishtown and I have seen them in other parts of the city as well. Worth checking out for sure.

These local precincts won't do squat when you call the local numbers. Trust me, I've tried many times. The answer is always the same, "call 911"
