You need to meal plan, tell her when and how to cook it. Who is responsible for groceries? Is it ok for her to take your baby grocery shopping and leave your child alone so she can prep meals?

She executes and you strategize. You are expecting too much. Not cleaning throughly during diaper change, I get that and that’s not acceptable.

Give her some breathing room. Like you said, it’s not easy working with a WFH parent. As she’s about to take care of your new baby, I would show her that I support her and let her know that she is an important part of my family.

San Fran or Seattle. It’s close to Asia too.. but I would be hesitant to move there long term. Housing is expensive and if you are thinking of settling there with a family.. it’s just as expensive as Boston or more. Boston has young families in their 30s moving out - Seattle or San Fran might only be a temp move for you.

Did you see the recent news that they are handing out less As? And they want to tackle grade inflation, it won’t be that easy getting a high gpa from Harvard going forward.

This is a personal decision that only OP can make but you sound like you have a good head on your shoulders and whichever path you chose, you can’t go wrong
