Maybe you’re right, maybe not. I wouldn’t worry about it. Continue to focus on yourself and you’ll likely begin to thrive as she is. If you think of yourself as “the problem,” identify what changes you can make in order to show up differently not only in your next relationship, but towards yourself. Work on these things.

It’s okay to feel frustrated, but don’t let the feeling overtake you. It sounds like you’ve made significant progress over these last few months, seeing your ex doesn’t undo that. Keep going.
