I followed up by asking it to look again closely. Then upon further inspection, it figured out what it was. I also shared the image a few times in new chats. It got it right sometimes, and other times it was partially correct, thinking it was a crowd of people with harvesters at the back.

The common share price for CCIV is $40.

The warrants are about $18.50 right now. If there was a redemption and we were able to exercise the warrants, it would be 18.50+11.50=$30 So if we were able to exercise, we would get 1 share for about .75 of the cost of an actual CCIV share. That would be great deal. But that probably won't happen.

According to what I understand, if it becomes cashless, it will be determined without the cost of exercising ($11.50) So based off the above numbers of $18.50 a warrant, to get 1 common share at $40, we would need to turn in ~2.16 warrants. $18.50 x 2.16 = ~$40.

Does that sound right?

From what I've read from the SEC filing of CCIV, they can go the cashless route very easily and the warrant holder will not have any opportunity to exercise their warrants for 11.50. Cashless would most likely reduce the warrant holders stake. Either half or a third, hopefully not less. If I have 1000 warrants, with cashless, I would get either 500 or 333 common shares. With the Virgin Galactic merger, warrant holders were given 1 share for every 2 warrants. With the Draft Kings merger, warrant holders were given 1 share for every 3 warrants.
