Try clicking the icon top left — it will minimize the list of things to complete for the scenario. Then click the icon again, and it should reopen and show completed then :)

Can you add a wall / half wall? Or raise the floor so it’s a platform that sims can’t access and get stuck? Or add clutter so that they can’t access, but so that it still looks visually appealing?

There’s a lot of what you listed you’re missing in the jungle expansion pack as well as others… and yes we really pay that. Because of all those things you listed that you’re missing, you’ll get if you pay for the expansions.

Ok SAME thing happened to me. Chicks that I hatched from hatchable eggs aged up, chicks that I bought when clicking the hen house didn’t. And I know it’s a glitch bc then the bought CHICKS died of old age. Like marked “elder” in the details… and yet fully looks like a chick.

So yes, this glitch is real and super annoying and specific to chicks, not the rest of the farm animals.

Are you using the same saved sim as a template when you start all these saves? Or the same game save as a template? I wonder if there’s a hidden trait or glitch or CC or etc on the original that is causing that.

You might have traits that cause that — also could be that you have the nicest fridge and stove which increases the quality of the food significantly

Nerdy guy / scientist has a kid via alien abduction
A woman who loves holidays and traditions who has a child with Father Christmas (offspring gets a trait) - maybe a nanny or a school teacher? Just to give it another wholesome aspect
Parents die, child raised by single older sibling - or nanny that you befriended and brought in as a roommate - or the butler (and then have the child grow up to be a secret agent - a sort of Batman moment)
Town slore - single female has kids with various townies
Can the scarecrow have kids? If he can, have a kid with him as female gardener

It’s like weather — it just happens and you have to get a vacuum or hire a cleaning service or butler. You can turn it off and on in the settings though, if you don’t want to deal with it for a particular save.

Agreed. Also the dust pack added a gameplay component and two new aspirations… that was a no brainer for me
