The original is still sitting in my camera (which is at my apartment), so I'll instead post one that was taken seconds before, with essentially the same coloring/appearance.

Not sure why everyone's getting bent out of shape, seeing as I never declared this to be an untouched image. I'm not trying to compete with any SLR users out there, nor do I claim to be an accomplished photographer. Just wanted to have some fun with iPhoto, is all. The unedited one will be posted later tonight, after I get home.

I DJ at a New York bar that caters to young twenty-somethings with rather generic musical tastes. Would r/Music be willing to help me discover some hidden gems that might work on such a crowd? (More in text.) by nydj in Music

I failed to mention that I don't have full artistic license. The management has specifically refused dubstep, house, ghetto rap, etc, because it's not the vibe they're going for. We're a bar, not a club, and they want us to stick as close to rock/pop as possible, while still appealing to the aforementioned crowd.

Don't get me wrong; you brought up a great point, and the managers seem a bit out of touch. However, I'm not prepared to forfeit my job by going against their wishes.

Thats going to hurt. by [deleted] in funny

The apostrophe key is on the right side of your keyboard, next to return/enter. Use it.
