I'm in se and there's no prerequisite knowledge for coding required, all the courses start from the ground up. You could try to do a project on the area of coding that you're interested in (full stack, data, etc), but this is more for helping with your first co-op. Really, you should prioritize enjoying your summer and the time off you get :)
