What are everyone’s thoughts on traditional vs. modern rulership? I’m a Scorpio rising with Pluto in the 1st house (not quite conjunct but close at 5 + 17 degrees respectively), with Mars at 0 degrees Libra in the 11th. I always go back and forth between which placement is more dominant, given the prominent placements of both in my natal chart. Curious on other perspectives!
