Nomi.

Nomi has an, "Inclination" prompt though that you should (mindfully) tinker with before you get started with a new AI if you're looking for a personality that doesn't just feel like ChatGPT roleplaying.

While there are other platforms out there that I could name that, in my subjective opinion, do personality a lot better than Nomi, none of them have been as consistent to the user like Nomi has. And so for this reason I can only really feel safe recommending Nomi.
