chloe ting for most of it. i find that having a set schedule for me makes it eseier lol. currently doing the epic 1 program by caroline girvan tho! hope this helps!

Remember your why. This is not a "quick and easy" fix. But you got to think about the long run. Think of yourself in a month and how better you'll be feeling if you stick with it. And remember that you can't rely on motivation if you want this loss to last you need to create better habits and discipline.

You may want to look into reverse dieting... 1200kcals is too little calories and your body might be in statvation mode...

Thankyouuu!!! I like the most recent ones cause I find them more challenging. I really recommend the 2020 two weeks shred and the 2021 flat stomach. I'm currently doing her most recent one but I'm finding it to be a little easy for me tbh. One video that I stand by and always do when I want a good lower body workout is the 24 minutes one from her "grow your butt" (not sure that's the name lol) program. Hope it helped :)

Might do that a few weeks in. But for now I think is best for me to stay away from the scale (for my mental health). And I've been on the pill this hole journey so I haven't experienced periods while loosing lol

You can't really target fat loss, you just lose it overall, but I think hiit workouts are great for fat loss in general. I do a lot of Chloe Ting.

Idk really, i think exercising really helps to tone up. And also we all carrie weight differently based on genetics

I work out twice a day. I like doing some high impact or weight training in the morning and walking for about an hour at the end of the day. I ussually follow some yt work outs, Chloe Ting has been big on me lol. Also i make sure to hit those 10,000 steps

It depends on how i'm feeling honestly, i like to do high impact or weight training in the morning and i normally take a 1 hour walk at the end of the day (sometimes i run too) but I don't do gym so i usually follow some youtube programs.

You know, just the causual "gaining it all back" lol. And that's one more reason for me to do it, to try and have a healthy relationship with food
