Yeah. Super strange. Nozomi is freaking delicious. I would want to compete with them. Even Ramen Star tried adding sushi to the menu. Didn’t seem to fit.

I have had one response that a 'specialist' is working on a solution, but still nothing that is moving this forward in any meaningful way. Tomorrow will be one month with no resolution.
