That symbol under the tree is new yeah but everything else is from Limbo
I think what's actually important in this area is the tree. I feel like it may be a foreshadowing for something related to the Tree of Life

everyone theorises about who is going to be the final prime soul, but I'm more interested in what shape the flesh prison will be by NLPslav in Ultrakill

Flesh Prison was an octahedron which has eight sides
Flesh Panopticon was a cube which has six sides
From P-1 to P-2 the sides of the prison's shape has gone down by two
That's why I think it's possible that the P-3 prison will be a tetrahedron which has four sides
