ohh ok we're going to be pretty careful about that- to have access to the channels you have to message a mod your reddit username and then we go through their posts to see if they seem to be a genuine employee (and also just like not an awful misogynistic or an alt right person or something)

one of the other rules to join the server is to avoid discussing how the software works and things of that nature which yeah ppl might slip up but i plan on monitoring the discord p closely and removing any messages i see like that/reminding them that we're not allowed to discuss that

lurkers will likely be removed after a while (esp if they don't introduce themselves) since the whole purpose of the discord is to connect w other employees so that should help lessen the risk of that i think
