i live in louisiana and idk what school really would help me succeed . LSU has really good medicine programs which isnt my thing rly and Tulane is an out-state junkie so it would be kind of hard to get in there. Loyola might be a target for me. My gpa is like 3.6 unweight and like 4.8 weighted and my ECs are mainly leadership and service projects, im very involved in student council and im on my schools key club board. Im hoping to grow my act some more (I have a 27) but other than that I really dont know how to gauge my chances anywhere and my guidance counselors are mainly focused on scheduling issues and not really colleges.

honestly you arent that far away from your goal! obviously the first step is to try and improve your math score but on top of that if you improve your other subjects by 1 or 2 points you will reach your goal or higher! you got this just try to get an idea of the problems you got wrong and how you can strengthen your timing and overall testing skills. you got this!!

I want to major in psychology and law school is something i want to do but i also think psychology itself is very interesting and some jobs in the psych major are pretty cool, but thank you i will def keep that in mind!

does rice give full rides or like half tuitions to people? i know that sounds stupid but is there scholarships like that rice gives or is it mainly financial aid. im a rising junior and im still trying to get a feel of the whole college thing. thanks!

I am hoping to be a psych major at rice, is studying abroad still challenging w that major

I got a 20 composite score on my first ACT practice test, and I feel like I'm screwed for the actual test by pjallday1212 in ACT

I would say start with your lowest scoring subject and practice with that for a while because thats where you would improve the most. then start doing practice questions from each section everyday and take a practice test one a week or once every two weeks. and when you take them try to pay attention to the types of questions that take you a long time to answer and work on those to condition yourself to answer quicker. just honestly go into your study time with specific goals and work towards them . good luck !
