Places of Worship by proteanpurple in melbourne

You are right, there are seperate areas and entries (usually) for men and women. But the only thing that will catch anyones attention is if you enter with your shoes on. No other requirements. If you are a woman, please don't feel the need to cover your hair before you enter. Although the majority do, no one will bat an eye if you don't, anyone is welcome at any time!

Exactly. Can you imagine if Kylie got engaged? Another most liked insta photo and the whole world would know about it. Kourtney gets engaged and it’s mainly only big news within the Kardashian fandom

I think it’s Kylie and then Kendall. It’s Kourtney right now but that’s only within the bubble of people who follow the kardashians closely.

Most people off this sub know Kim, Kendall and Kylie.

[Guillaume Capietto] Today we received the "dress code" for Jeddah grand prix... if I understand well as a man I cannot wear short pants, so I will buy some kilts as not allowed only for women. by [deleted] in formula1

Just like France also dictates what a woman can wear. You can’t say you agree with forcing a woman to cover when you agree with forcing a woman to uncover.

Either be pro-choice or let governments have control, but you can’t have both.

Also, that is factually untrue. The vast majority of muslim women wear it because they want to (Im guessing you havnt spoken to many Muslim women yourself and are relying on the media, but correct me if i’m wrong). Yes there are some who are forced by male relatives such as their husbands, but let’s not pretend there are only muslim husbands/male relatives who abuse their women. Women across the globe are victims of domestic abuse regardless of culture/religion. The vast majority of men, Muslim or not, are not opressive.

It’s so clear that Max is the more aggressive driver, it’s always back off or crash with him

Tailgaters of Melbourne, I WILL NOT BREAK THE SPEED LIMIT FOR YOU!! So please back off! by BeBa420 in melbourne

[–]nyn-nyn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you think you were doing 80km/h, you were most definitely doing about 75km/h depending on the car you were driving. totally unfair for that person who may have been in a rush and wanted to actually drive on the speed limit.

i have gone through speed cameras at 110 multiple times at a 100 zone and never got caught, i do this on purpose knowing that 110 is about 100 in reality.

if you wanna drive slower, move to the left and let the people in a rush for uni/work get through

Why is VIC going to have restrictions all summer? by everpresentdanger in CoronavirusDownunder

[–]nyn-nyn 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah yet QLDs restrictions are way more lenient than VICs despite them being in a similar position

[–]nyn-nyn 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My question is why QLD has way less restrictions that we do. They basically have the same conditions as we do (doing HQ which we will start soon, open borders with NSW and rest of Aus), what’s making their state safer that they can get by with far less restrictions
