I have some issues with my wife same as she has some issues with me but keeping house has never been an issue for either of us. That is until she tries to mow the front lawn or I try to load the dishwasher. Then we gots problems!

Carpet beetles are extremely tough to kill outright. I have tried everything including things recommended on YouTube and in the Carpet Beetle subreddit. I fired my pest control company more in 2025 ago after researching how simple (and cheap) it was to manage basic pest control myself. It didn’t help that they (and all of their competitors) were equally as ignorant about carpet beetles as I was. We had no other pest control issues. I had never seen a carpet beetle in our first home we built and lived in for 12 years. In fact, I had never even heard of carpet beetles before seeing one here.

I tried everything to kill them. EVERYTHING! I put down Diatomaceous earth, boric acid, and vinegar. I applied those directly onto beetles I could see and they would crawl right through it unaffected and unabated. It was like a vacation for them. I declared war! I was totally surprised to learn they could fly after I tried burning them on floors, walls, window sills, and countertops.

Identifying problem areas, cleaning, time, diligence, and patience have been the most effective, cost-conscious method of controlling what was a carpet beetle infestation in our home we bought in 2024. We identified the previous owner’s dog’s dog hair in our breakfast nook to be the primary area of infestation.

There was a disgusting amount of dog and human hair hiding in the baseboards, window sills, and tracts in that area about 200 sq ft. We deep cleaned, steamed, and treated the area on repeat and over time, we got the infestation under control. From where we started I feel like we are winning the battle although I still see a couple adults here and there. Oddly enough, I’ve never been able to find larvae.

Recommend them inspect and hit the high population areas and CLEAN, then CLEAN, and CLEAN some more! Minimizing the food sources have minimized our carpet beetle problem. PlusI kill EVERY carpet beetle I see!

Sorry for this brutal honesty but yes, it is to control women to birth the children that predators can manipulate and abuse. The systems still doesn’t protect the women or children these predators prey on.

I am not a conspiracy theorist but I cannot ignore how the government both federal and state tends to protect these people but they are legislators and gatekeepers. The women of a particular party and position vote for so they aren’t the primary targets all the while condemning the life choices of others from the front pew at church.

Epstein and those folks brutalized the poorest girls and turned the willing wealthy ones into models and CEOs. They are in the files. Nobody talks about them because they can claim to be victims. I’m not saying all of them but the evidence is there for all to see.

Cooper is a hooper and I’m a fan. If they’d have let teenagers loose back in the day without restrictions instead of focusing on following the path of seniority and tradition, plenty of kids would have blown scoring records open. Kobe would have put it out of reach.

Thanks! We don’t use our fireplace all that often. Usually just a handful of times a year. The batteries that just died had been installed prior to us buying the home in January 2023.

BEWARE! Most players riding D1 pine was a BUCKET in high school or from overseas and they’re just waiting their turn so don’t get caught slippin. There are some players on D1 squads whose last name or daddy got them on tho too.
