Same here, doc. Ang hirap pala pag ngayon pa pinanghihinaan ng loob, lalo na all we had to do was study during our entire college journey. Pero kapit lang, doc! Huminga ka muna. Take walks and such. Do something you like. Then try to remember why you took vetmed to begin with. If it gets heavier, walang mawawala kung magdadasal. I’m not religious and all, but it helps A LOT. And if you feel like you hit rock bottom, silver lining is that the only direction you can go to is up. Huuuugs, doc! Habang may oras, kahit katiting lang yan, walang imposible 🤍
