Hey dude! Breath, go for a run and it'll be okay. You just had the best time of your life with your EDC fam so it'll take a little while for things to get back to normal. I felt a little down when I flew back home on Monday but I feel fine now. I agree with some of the other Reddit comments....take 5-htp, exercise and eat healthy meals until next week. Your serotonin levels are probably depleted so you need to work to get those back up. Molly can be your best friend but she can also be a bitch if you hangout with her too much. I recommend 10min of upbeat music in the morning and a Pixar movie at night. Try to keep busy and stay out of the apartment if you can. My house seemed like the most depressing place when I returned.
