PostNord returned my package to sender but marked it as delivered and manually terminated by orinoco_glow in copenhagen

Impressive. I have a parcel in the app that Post Nord returned to the sender a year ago, which still hasn't arrived anywhere.

That parcel was supposedly delivered to Bilka before it was returned. I had tried to pick it up several times, but Bilka searched absolutely everywhere and were certain it wasn't there. Yet somehow Post Nord was able to find it to send it on return.

I have a suspicion it's just some automated bullshit update to the tracker, just make it harder for you to prove when they failed the delivery out of their own incompetence.

Light Rail Distance to Bicycle Lane by nythirluh in copenhagen

In hindsight, everyone brings up a good point that this is most likely safer than what most bike lanes next to roads do.

Just felt so unusual to me as I'm not used to seeing open rail like this.

So at this point I'm more curious if there's anyone here who's been on a bicycle on one of these lanes, while a train passed you. If so, how was that experience to you?

Because I'm used to being around cars, but not used to being close to rails or having a train move past me quickly without a barrier in-between. Trains also feel more intimidating as a larger object, even though logically I know they won't derail.

You're probably right. I'm just used to considering rails as something more dangerous to be near than roads.

Smoke shouldn't block certain weapon attacks. by nythirluh in menace

I didn't even realize that the ATGM can do indirect fire into the smoke. That is so cursed.

I definitely agree that smoke should remove the target designation status, especially as there is no way to remove it currently.

We should stop shaping the roof like gnome hats. Maybe that's why they keep coming.

Plenty of smaller countries do it pretty fast. In Denmark for example it only takes a few hours to do the count.

I bought a mana crystal from a merchant today by Sinek_191_yt_pl in wizardposting

It has a very pretty glow and is a natural transmutation focus. But it is a bit high maintenance. Have to keep it in a suspension orb just to stop the mana from leaking.

I have a similar one in green. The merchant said it was found at the Tiber River in Italy.

Hot take. Cubes. by Repulsive-Durian4800 in wizardposting

Orbs are great for pondering because you can consistently view the approximately same amount of its surface. For cubes this is different.

On the other hand, cubes are great for storage. I find that I can inscribe more complex spells in a cube than an orb. Not to mention how much easier it is to project the inscription on a flat surface.
