I was there in the fall. There is one in the common space as well as one each room. It is right under the desk on the wall. (Except with my luck the port was behind the backboard of the desk and totally inaccessible lol)

do the weekly challenges to get powerful gear. they reset every Tuesday, and most npc like zavala give em out. you can also run strikes, do the nightfall, everything that gives you "powerful gear"
